ENROLLMENT
Any

require successful completion of another course prior to enrollment. This
enrollment agreement shall not become operative until the student attends
the first session of instruction.

STUDENT
CHARGES
The
quoted cost of HomeSafe classes is all inclusive. There are no additional
mandatory charges or costs associated with any HomeSafe class.
WITHDRAWAL,
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Any
notification of withdrawal (including "no shows") or cancellation and any request for a refund
must be made to HomeSafe Inc. in writing and addressed to HomeSafe, Inc,
Attn: Training Director, 24662 Redlands Blvd., Loma Linda, CA 92354.
If
notice of cancellation is made prior to the first day of instruction, the
enrollment fee less a $100.00 application/deposit fee will be refunded.
If a student is a "no show" or cancels prior to the end of the first day of instruction but
before 50% of the class has been completed, HomeSafe will refund all fees
except for an application/deposit fee of $100.00 plus a pro rata amount
equal to the hourly charge calculated by dividing the class fee by class
hours. For example, the pro rata hourly rate for a 40 hour class with a
fee of $600.00 is $15.00 ($600 divided by 40). So, a student withdrawing
after 10 hours of training would be charged $100.00 plus $150.00 (10 x
$15.00) for a total of $250.00 and would receive a refund of $350.00.
Students
withdrawing after 50% of a class has been completed are not eligible for
a refund. For instance if a student withdraws after attending 3 days (24
hours) of a 5 day, 40 hour class they would not get a refund.
In
any event, payment of refunds will be made within 30 days of determination
of student withdrawal. Refund checks will be made payable to and mailed
to the institution, organization or individual who originally paid the
fee. Under no circumstances will a cash refund be made.
HomeSafe,
Inc. is not a participant in STRF (Student Tuition Recovery Fund).
